Positive: The location was excellent and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Parking was a challenge. We had only one spot in garage to park our cars and street parking was difficult. The house as well stocked. We had to request more towels but they were delivered quickly.
Negative: The washer and dryer did not function well. The washer was leaking so a repair person came to repair. The Coffe bean grinder didn’t work. Parking was difficult. Only one space in the garage.
Summary: We enjoy our time at aspen ridge and would recommend it to others.

Positive: Beautiful home. The master bedroom was perfect for a family with children to hang out in the morning and before bedtime. The house was under 3 miles from Old Mill District. There were great neighbors and for our stay a quiet neighborhood. There was a park with play equipment approximately .3 miles away.
Negative: It was 80 degrees in the house when we arrived. Fortunately Arrived.com patiently and quickly remotely reset the thermostat for us.

Positive: Nice layout -- very easy to find places to rest and places to be together. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. A nice quiet neighborhood.
Negative: The pillows were not particularly comfortable. There were a few little frustrations, but nothing too bad (like the refrigerator drawers -- they are terrible).
